ORGANIZATION

The cross-border agency includes three members (each one has 3 members on the Board, or member college : the Communauté d’Agglomération de Bayonne-Anglet-Biarritz, the Diputación Foral de Gipuzkoa, the Consorcio Bidasoa-Txingudi.

The Agency's structure includes :

A President and Vice-President, who change every two years and are the President of the Communauté d’agglomération du B.A.B. or his representative and the Député général du Gipuzkoa or his representative.

The member college is the political organ, composed by the president, vice-president and the representatives of the member institutions.

The management council includes two people : a respresentative of the Diputación Foral de Guipuzcoa and the Communauté d’agglomération de Bayonne Anglet Biarritz who are in charge of applying the decisions made by the members of the college and the group's management.

The Direction is composed of two co-directors from the founding institutions, in charge of daily project management. A technical secretary assists.

The Cross-border agency has funding from its participating institutions and members as well as subsidies for certain projects managed by the agency.
